If you don't want to read the whole list, just take number 1 (Hotel Mirabeau) or number 2 (Hotel Arlequin) in case you cannot make it to Brussels on May 10. In fact, it turned out that due to a large "Seafood happening" nearly all hotels in Brussels are fully booked on May 10. So be fast to make your reservation!

Each of your dollars is worth aproximately 43 BEF, while for a FF you get 6.15 BEF. Services, taxes and breakfast are included, unless mentioned otherwise.

    It is a cozy family hotel located 10 min (walking) away from

  2. Hotel Arlequin

    The conference room is in the same building as this hotel, so the
    location is perfect. The drawback is that they don't have vacancies
    anymore on May 10, and for the following days only double rooms

  3. Hotel La Bourse

    This hotel is closer by than the Mirabeau, but it is -basic-.
    It is the cheapest option if you want a single bedroom and if you 
    don't expect much more than a bed. I don't think they'll give you 
    breakfast. The neighbourhood is OK but not really nice looking.

    This is the other extreme with prices almost an order of magnitude
    higher than "La Bourse". I didn't have a look at it but I guess it

  5. Hotel Matignon

   Nice looking, excellent location (< 1 min walk to conference center).
   Buffet breakfast.  No vacancies left for May 10.
   Only a few rooms left for the following days.

  6. Hotel Mozart

    I don't know what the link is between Mozart and Brussels,    
    but anyway this looks like a reasonable hotel, perhaps a bit
    overstyled. Its location is nearby the Grand Place and the 
    conference room (< 1 min walk). This also means that it might be quite 
    busy/noisy late at night.  No vacancies left for May 10.
